這款「瓶頸」切割器、和一般的「瓶口」切割器不同的是、受到許多國外餐廳侍酒師愛用。(因為離瓶口較遠、不易沾染酒液)

同時，這款也是原廠 Pulltex 因應國外客戶 OEM 要求特別開膜製作的，其實原本並沒有打算銷售至台灣，是台灣的代理商特別要求供貨 (主要for 台灣的餐飲通路)，因此只有簡易包裝。
