Jean Dubost Laguiole® 來自於法國百年的精品刀具品牌尚帝柏 ( Jean Dubost )，公司成立於1920 年，以製造各式精緻耐用的餐廚刀具聞名。百年來，家族代代傳承著對刀具的熱誠與專業知識，以精緻細節作工、刀刃的精準構成為宗旨，不斷在工藝與材質上將傳統與創新概念巧妙地融合製作。2012 年Jean Dubost 被法國國家授予EPV( Entreprise du Patrimoine Vivant )，這意味著「有卓越工藝和工業專業知識的法國公司，代表法國製造業傳統瑰寶之一。」


Jean Dubost Laguiole® 是尚帝柏( Jean Dubost ) 旗下品牌商標之一，擁有此商標的所有刀具都來自於法國中南部地區的城鎮- 萊吉歐( Laguiole )，這個城鎮以手工鍛造鐵工藝出名，製造各種優質刀具。Laguiole 生產的刀具工藝聲名遠播，曾大受拿破崙的喜愛，並在其皇家宴會中使用。來自Laguiole 的刀具上的蜜蜂標誌相傳是拿破崙給予該城鎮的標記。
